Description
This unique quilt pattern was originally published in the Kansas City Star Newspaper in 1932. This pattern features tiny gathers under the hand appliqued center medallion creating a wonderful dimension. There are 30 Star Dahlia blocks in this quilt with a finished size of 68 x 80 inches.
Fabric Requirements
- Background and Border Fabric – 3 ½ yards
- Print Fabric – 3 yards of various prints or all one color…you decide. This quilt also works great with fat quarters.
- Binding – ¾ yard
- Backing – 5 yards
